In Acts 2:42, Luke describes the early church like this:
“… they continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and in prayers.” At Calvary Fellowship, God’s word is important to us and we desire to follow the model that God provided for His church. Because we believe so strongly in God’s word, we teach chapter by chapter, verse by verse through the books of the Bible, providing God’s people with the full counsel of his Holy Word. If you hunger for God’s word or are simply seeking the truth in a confusing world, we invite you to come and be a part of our growing fellowship.
At Calvary Fellowship we believe the church is the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, as such we believe that the church should take an active role in helping the needy. Since our inception, we have hosted a twice monthly food pantry and soup kitchen. It takes place on the first and third Thursday of every month from 12 noon to 2pm. All who are in need, will be given a bag of groceries and a bowl of hearty soup as well as plenty of hugs and encouragement.
On the first Sunday of every month we have a time of food and fellowship directly after the Sunday teaching. Come join us.
